Superheterodyne AC/DC receiver

In scaled brown Bakelite case. The knobs and the tuning scale are at the top of the radio. The scale light is situated on the upper side of the scale.

For medium wave reception (180-450 meters).
The intermediate frequency is 452 kHz. Sensitivity is approx. 100 µV. Output power 0.8 W.
It was intended to be used at 127 volts. With a small modification it could also be used at 220 volt.
The scaled design gave the radio its nickname "pine cone".
The original price was f 106,-.

The voltage indication (127 V) on the type plate was scratched away. The radio has been modified for 220 volts. This modification may have been carried out by radio repair shop "Fortuin" in The Hague.
