My name is John
Koster, I was born on March 8th, 1951 in Utrecht.

After highschool
and the Frederik Muller Akademie in Amsterdam (where I
trained as a documentalist) my working career started in 1975. |
|
From 1975 until 1980 I
worked for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (Information and Documentation Department)
in Amstelveen. |
|
From 1980 until 1995 I
worked for the Central Bureau for Newspaper Advertising
(Cebuco); a marketing organisation of the Dutch
newspapers, in Amsterdam. |
|
From 1996 until 2009 I
worked for the Hogeschool Marnix Academie, a college for
teachers in primary schools in Utrecht. |
|
In 2009 I stopped working
with a financial arrangement;
I retired in 2016. |
|
Canoeing is one of my favourite outdoor
activities. Next to my radio collection I also have a small
collection of old beer mugs.
