High impedance loudspeaker
Heptagonal Bakelite loudspeaker with a front of burnished brass with leaf motifs.
The speaker is equipped with the Philips 2044 electrodynamic loudspeaker.
Model 2019 has the same cabinet, but has a driver with three different connections: 500, 1500 and 2000 ohms. It is equipped with a special reversible plug. There are two versions of this model: the first, in which the two shell halves are of equal size and a later model in which the rear shell half is smaller than the front shell. This model also has a type plate.
In Australia the loudspeaker was released in two models, the Bakelite "Sevenette" and a wooden model, the "Concert Grand" (picture right).
