The meter is housed in a sturdy metal case with a
leatherette handle. The front is made of
plastic. The test leads can be stored in the lid.
Measures AC and DC voltages up to 1000 volt,
currents up to 25 Amps and resistors up to 10 Mohm. The
internal power supply is provided by two flat 4.5 volt
batteries.
